The benefits of weight training are that it offers fast and noticeable results, it decreases the risk of osteoporosis, it helps maintain lean body mass, it develops coordination and balance, and it strengthens your muscles.

To make sure that you won’t fall victim to injury while doing weight training, you have to be supervised by a professional. This is the biggest disadvantage of weight training.
